For my Memory Bears, it takes about 2-4 weeks to complete AFTER I've received your clothes.

I do have an account with Canada Post which can save you 5% on your shipping cost when you use my name Memory Bears Made With Love at the time of service. However, I recommend you choose your favourite shipping provider.

Yes, of course. Drop off is in Fonthill Ontario.

Yes, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your garments to be sent to me as well as the shipping cost for the bear to travel home to you. 

I can use almost all fabrics and all types of garments imaginable, just no fur or heavy leather, please.

One shirt is typically more than enough to create one bear - sometimes enough for two. For example, 1 men’s large-sized button-down long-sleeve shirt will typically yield two bears. 

Yes, you can plan your bear just how you want it to look. Sometimes looking through the photos of the bears I’ve made on my Facebook or Instagram page can inspire you as to how you would like your bear to look.  We can discuss this through email or you can write me a detailed note to accompany your garments upon delivery. 

We can discuss this through email. Each order is a bit different based on how many bears you would like, or how large or small the garments may be.  

I certainly can send all the leftover fabric to you. Oftentimes, someone else may see your bear and want one for themselves and may like to use some of the special fabric that was used in your bear.

No, sorry. These special bears are made as a keepsake and are not intended to be used as a toy.
